I honestly think you haven't missed the boat yet. But it has gone up bit atm. We r expecting some good news towards the end of the year so if they meet the expectations, then current sp will be a bargain. At the moment VUL is doing great job so very unlikely it go down considerably unless something go wrong.
you can take a chance waiting up as usa election day could be a good day to jump in as there is a consensus that market will go south on that day. But hey who knows. Since everyone expecting it to go down on that day, nothing could happen too.
anyway vul seems heading right direction so current sp will definitely go up with time with every milestone VUL reach. Do some research and find out your self. VUL website is good starting point imo
