IMO, the decline in $VUL is similar to other EV-related stocks I follow.
Five legitimate headwinds:

1. Macro (irrelevant to long-term holders, aside from picking the lowest entry price)
2. Simple gap fill, which is healthy. (below)
3. Like many highly-prized equities, like $SYA for example, instos are shorting the hell out of it to get better entries.
4. Undercurrents of DLE viability nonsense. (Rapidly subsiding, example: Lilac Solutions further expansion into S. America, GS note about DLE last week)
5. Typical Orphan period behavior (below)

Though underwater in other holdings, I feel lucky to be establishing a position here.
