Geothermal Plant - Diversify from fossil fuel energy production, steady source of revenue.
Lithium Extraction Plant - Highly profitable and very valuable IP. On one hand, we dont really want VUL to share this. On the other hand, a long term partnership with the right company may help speed up future projects.
