The continual references to wanting an O&G partner that has expertise in drilling/wells and now pumping expertise (as per above quote) makes me think if the initial drilling campaign (due to start soon) to prove up flow rates and form part of LEOP commissioning at full rates, is a success, then Schlumberger may be that partner..
given the number of wells and high flow rates needed, having the worlds premier drilling and well company as a JV partner would make sense
