SP is not reflecting the true value of vulcan IMO. Usually, when SP of a Company trending down, there are at least few obvious underlying issues somewhere. But with vulcan, at present I can't see any obvious negatives for that effect. Since I'm not an insider, my only suspicion is,is there any issues with LEOP. But all the indicators from company end it's not backing my suspicion considering how they plan ahead procurement and continuing the hiring. Francis doesn't see tech as the risk but for me that's one of the biggest risk. So though these prices are soo tempting to me, I want the LEOP success to invest every extra penny I have. End of Oct can't come quick enough for me with successful LEOP results.
till then naysayers will post many things here based on only the SP fluctuations.
