usual stuff but 15.20 on Q&A session and there Francis has answered clearly what and how they trying to do equity raise. naysayers come and tell you that it will be big dilution coming up, but then you know what is VUL trying to do about it..
Again even if they raise 900mil issuing shares at current price, still it will be 300mil shares, then total SOI will be 480mil with financing done, that is still way better position to be in than many companies out there IMO.. but i dont think we gonna get to that situation as we have the one of the best management any company can get who actively working on creating best outcome for shareholders.
