I have one question though, why announce when financing will begin (November) in advance. Unless some material and ground breaking announcements are put out before financing is secured hard to see SP drift higher.
From experience once a company flags when it will be raising capital, regardless of the means SP flounders until the deal is done unless some left field deals/off takes are announced.
Show your hand, when it’s in your interest I reckon.
