Francis has stated they want to limit the total shares in a CR to under 200m (currently ~170m) and I highly doubt any would be for the retail investor. If there is big enough support, there may not even be a single share sold as it is completed at a project level. This will absolutely incinerate the shorters. Wait and see I suppose
