    Shorts are apparently only 5% of Equity, small investors may be selling in panic as it nears $2.....some have decided not to wait for funding news of Phase 1 and are fed up and bailing out.. I completely understand their frustration as it has crashed from $16 to almost $2 now. Nov news may be make or break for VUL share price.....I continue to hold for the news.......good luck to all patient holders....... nothing would surprise me anymore, $1 or $6 in Jan 2024......let's see
