Vulcan needs to sign a few more non binding and conditional offtake and funding deals and maybe than the share price can go up. Nothing but a gravy train for management and institutions and a transfer of wealth from the naive retailer to the professional. Vulcan can drop another 80% plus from here over the coming years imo
