Read an interesting article in the newspaper today on solid state batteries. A lot of hoops to climb through first before they are mass produced (if ever) but something I didn't know was that they require more lithium than the battery technology they (may) replace.
This may be common knowledge and I've simply missed it so just sharing in case others, like me, felt solid state batteries were a potential threat on the horizon rather than in fact being a potential opportunity.
