The DFS is not fully priced in my view. If you look at the performance of lithium players - large and small - they are up between 25%-90% since early November or by c45% on average. We are up c82%; meaning we ve risen by 38% in excess of the sector’s performance. Does that mean the DFS is priced in? Trading just above 2 it isn’t. VUL is still cheaper than EMH on a resource multiple basis; and at a fraction of of those with offtakes/partnerships like Bacanora or Piedmont; and I wouldn’t exclude a massive USD2bn NPV to be unveiled for the Vulcan resource. Furthermore, a premium valuation will at some point need to be applied for zero carbon.
