Base on enterprise value, I see no reason why VUL would be lower than $4 per share. There's no risk and the market has done a u-turn in sentiment and forecasts. VUL should be pushing for $5-6 per share and that's right now, speeding ticket be damned. I only see automated trades that's pushing this down, ie. when someone sells, all the automated trades changes from buy to sell with it... get a good buy and automated trades would buy ahead of your trade. Retail should buy and sell at market.
