Other sources comment that Vulcan has not yet commented on this and the operating company Geox has not commented either. It is estimated that the repairs will be in the low to mid 2-digit million range, excluding the duration of the repairs. Additionally, if Geox is unable to restore the power plant, Landau is considering offering the power plant to Vulvan, or Vulcan force to take over the power plant, which would not be in Vulvan's interest. For Vulcan, this geothermal power plant, which is located directly on the neighboring property, was a prerequisite for the decision in favor of Landau.
