I actually didn't want to post any more on this topic. But sura7667 changed my mind.
I'm sure you work in management at some company or your own. I know to believe this because it is the case for me too. You simply wipe away all arguments and think you know the truth.
Typical attitudes of successful managers. But it doesn't always have to work. I am very sure that you do not live in Germany. You have no local knowledge. You decide based on what you read or think or what you decided correctly in the past. This is about an investment that you may be convinced of, but who can predict the outcome?
Not with this investment. So take it easy and the future will show where the journey goes. Actually I just wanted to know if you in Australia know more than we in Europe. No not you. Have you ever read the job advertisements from Vulcan or those who worked at Vulcan in German? The mood is bad. Do the work before you wipe away all the criticism with your broom.
