wait until sub 50 cents to buy more imo, even then I would advise to stay away from this swindling scheme. This one is on a slow grind to eventual liquidation imo, not until they extract more retail dollars over the next few years first though. Vulcan has been nothing but a transfer of wealth from gullible retail to institutions and management. Vulcan was pretty much a Ponzi scheme dressed up in a pretty dress
