The "fool" has listed some gloomy Li price forecasts out to 2027 compliments of Goldman Sachs. But even at these China prices, Vulcan is not only viable but profitable due to its low OPEX. But it will still need grants, not just loans, if the EU wants to secure local Li supply due to high CAPEX
