From my sources in Germany, Francis is over there now and he has a full book of appointments for the next two weeks. Apparently it is all go so there is no pessimism there just optimism. Interestingly, they equity swap of Morgan’s occurred on the 24th so I wonder if they have a smell of something one way or the other.
