€7b for Stellantis and Mercedes. €5b for Northvolt. Not hard to imagine the €1b for Vulcan. Europe is serious about the EV transition and once Vulcan gets phase one into production, the French will give immense support for phase 2 on their side imo . SP is terrible but the future is very bright
