Main difference is that Europe (Germany specifically) is in a much bigger hole energy wise thanks to Putin, needs much more economic stimulus (thanks to Covid) and they are playing catch up industry wise (thanks to Biden's IRA).
Vulcan is in the right place at the right time and I firmly believe will become a monster company over the next 10yrs unless it is acquired by a bigger fish.
