Nevertheless, in my opinion, LEOP will come up trumps just like one of many other previous accomplished milestones, what worrying more is the nuclear scenario of in spite of a good LEOP technical outcome but financial fundings still not forthcoming or delaying. But even that is much less likely now, that after great EU financial commitments just breaking and expecting many more would be forthcoming….
