well if you compare the losses of Vulcan compared to other stocks in the sector on a similar time frame it is still one of the worst performers. But there does seem to be a structure change and it probably will continue to go up from here. Still management does use this as a cash cow and it doesn't take away that the fundementals suck here. Will ride in the sector's coat tails
