Sodium ion will be lucky if it can take 5% of the battery market, and that is 10 to 15 years away and for everything to go right.
Sodium is actually more volatile and reactive than Lithium, Sodium is much more heavier than Lithium, and Sodium can't produce anywhere near the same amount of energy density as Lithium.
So Sodium won't really be replacing Lithium, not in this life.
