Even the Reuters article says it's Thursday and Friday (10th and 11th) in Germany. This matches the European Council Meeting dates and agenda. See below. I can't see how they can announce results of it on the day before it's held?!
Ah well, no big deal, I'm a long term holder but just like to stay up to speed with new regulations etc.
