most likely at DFS stage. and if any signing of offtake agreement together with the DFS it will match KDR and PLL MC of 500mil easily.
look at PLL so small resource size so huge market cap now... yesterday PLL MC is almost same as Pilbara's MC one without any plant and one a running plant.
IF VUL come up with a PFS with conversion to Hydroxide/Carbonate. it will be insane IMO. we may see possibly AUD 200mil MC or more upon the PFS.
