One day in few years time those people whoever bought in these price levels will look back and reflect how lucky they are to buy VUL if they successful and I believe it will as Germany can't afford failing this project. Even if it's economically not that profitable, which will not be the case for sure, governments has done things to secure what they need. Plenty of examples.
