You seem to have a hidden agenda by sharing one persons review which is rated as low as possible… The average is 3.6/5 which is about on par with the majority of work places anywhere. Fact is people who get let go are more likely to make a poor review than those who left on their own terms, so 3.6 stars is not a negative score in my opinion.
