yes, as mentioned in DFS , <100 might still be economical, and at least can be a by-product income. alternatively Vulcan can drill more wells if bad dilution happens.
So the bottom line is phase 1 is SAFE, which is the key for funding.
there will be a lot less CAPEX for phase 2 because no need to build the lithium convert plant again.
