yeah that is one way to "hinder" you're plans of having a local supply chain.
If they talk forever about reducing the level of a nations reliance on foreign supply chains by creating your own local chain, then you set a date to ban ICE vehicles one week, then turn around and start talking about implementing policy that then forces your hand to turn back to outside supply chains,..... wtf is everyone talking about? It's maddening. Seems like multi level governmental/political bs sprinkled in with industry fear mongering to lower the price of lithium all around because they are now realizing the near term problems with lithium supply and demand. I don't buy the GS article or chinas new mines reducing the level of demand.
