VCN has come up on my radar but I am puzzled by the
"acquisition" of the mine by the issue of 25 million shares
(there are only 17 million currently) and the same no of 20C options). It seems to me that the original owners of the mine will still own the great majority of it after VCN provides capital. Anyone know more?
