Hey Matt72, thanks for putting me back on stable ground.
My investments are in property and I invest in shares as a type of hobby but I haven't ventured far have I, investing in property shares.
When I buy a house, I go to the end of the earth researching it and ignore the naysayers in the press. As I don't understand how companies work I get a little spooked when someone on HC says the company is going under, especially when it seems logical.
I am of the belief that these are a hold for at least 3-4 years, maybe closer to 5 years, considering the overseas situation.
I hold and an will probably buy more to average down.
