    Company seems relaxed, perhaps they have it all under control.

    Don't know what currencies the debt is in, but since NZD has surged against all incl AUD and USD I guess that NZD debt has come in well under the mooted NZD570 mm for today.

    Add a deal for one of the properties, and a ray of light in appliance sales (hopefully) and those above mentioned brokers and insto's might just be paying for their pack mauling of FPA.
