I think ACT will extend their lockdown in line with atleast regional NSW, although it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if they keep it locked down until 70-80% vaccinations are hit especially with community transmission still occurring.

In relation to the number of gyms and the forecast showing some closing, it could potentially be cutting some losses on certain gyms. I’m from Canberra and a few of their gyms are shockers, with 3/4 gyms in a small area and normally very few people. Potentially the user traffic is too little to remain viable and with other options so close by it may make more sense to close and look for better opportunities in less crowded areas.

I did actually rebuy today into VVA after sitting on the sidelines after I sold in the 3s. I feel there is still some room to go down but when everything re opens I expect us to bounce solidly. I like the company and it’s done such a great job expanding since IPO and their first initial clubs, can’t wait to see what the next 5 years have in store.
