Well....maybe it is better that BTR is not yet in the focus of analysts or broker recommendations. Nevertheless I think that the SP should be somewhere in the 70-80 cents region instead to hang around on the current level. I would not be surprised if Scott would bring some more good news in the next weeks. I have the feeling that this is just some kind of preparation to some things that will come. Looks like he is a master of understatement at the moment...and I have to admit that I like that somehow. In every case I prefer somebody understating the facts that somebody that is blowing up a bubble....
But on one point I completely agree: Perkoa should be financed by debt.
