Given that you don't post on competitors threads whom also share concerns you listed as a) and b) but with the added cashflow issues (which hopefully will be resolved as its not a nice thing to be going through) then I guess they are not of any interest to yourself and do not slot into your risk profile. But tis good you are considering MNS as you obviously see the potential but just need further clarification of a couple of issues which we are all awaiting.)
