The lithium & Cobalt boom started back in 2015/16, so if your waiting 5-10yrs from now for the boom, good luck because they are already talking about alternative batteries to the current ones available now , ones with a 20+yr life , and if you think that new technology won't be here til 2030 then maybe your head is where my finger is.
