Most likely thing happening right now is EMH deciding with czech gov authorities czechs participation in the project. I mean there’s a chance an arbitration case was to be formed but im sure lawyers and babis would avoid that at all costs.
I mean really we shouldnt need an MoU in the first place just for czech to co operate with a company who owns rights to mining permit. So us agreeing to keep processing in czech is a favour to them already. Having said that though im not familiar with all the content in the MoU other than the ‘co operation’ as such. So i cant comment more on it
