VWAP for NEA

Hi all,

Can someone please help me understand the information, I received via booklet issued to NEA investors. I understand the first part of the info which is copied below. It is the VWAP price which I am trying to get my head around. When I google NEA SPP, none of the websites mention VWAP and all the talk is about the shares offered at $2.77 for $30,000 per share holder for a CR of 20 million. I have been wanting to invest my bit but just want to make sure that VWAP is basically considered a mean share price between 29th Sep to 5th Oct. If someone can simplify that part of the equation for me. Thanks in advance.
