The VWAP is the total cost for all the shares over the 5 days, divided by the number of shares purchased. Hence, it's a little difficult to work out unless you have a program that tracks it for you, and even then most won't track across the ASX and Chi-X together. So it's a little different to the mean value.

But if the average price ends up being (say) $2.23, you'll end up with an SP value of around $2.17/share.
