When you buy the options, you're paying 2 cents for the opportunity to convert them to shares at any time up to the expiry date for the price of 20 cents.
Alternately, you can sell the options on market at any time for the then market price of the oppies (prro)
The trading price of the options is intrinsically linked to the price of the PRR share.
If the sp of PRR were to be 22 cents, the poppies are said to be " in the money". So for example were the sp be 30c the prro price would be around 2.5 to 3 cents.
