Reminds me of the trading in Integra (IGR) before it was announced that they were merging with SLR.
Integra's share price was driven down and low and behold out of left field comes SLR with an offer...
Not sure if this is happening with IVR. It's possibly a large holder exiting IVR for pastures perceived greener elsewhere. But who knows - time will tell!
