If there was an imminent threat of a t/o wouldn't IVR be better off drilling Peterlumbo satellite prospects pronto - prior to Q3 - issue the Paris jorc, & simultaneously (in the coming months) split the co.'s ground into a spin-off vehicle (Geograph resources ?) that way shareholders double up besides then re-focus on drilling Botenella Gates, Roundabout etc.

One benefit would be the quicker drilling of prospects like Roundabout (after the spin-off co. dips into shareholders newly fat-denched pockets from the t/o monies)
