There appears only to be 1 or 2 buyers.
There have been a few large crossings in recent times ... 2 lots of 7m and 48m the other day plus all the buying in between.
Seems like the entity buying are maybe the guys about to inject capital in some way shape or form.
I couldn't see anyone buying parts of the projects without aiding and ensuring they can be delivered ... Just buying parts of the titanic otherwise.
