Per the VXL rights offer it appears SER are entitled to either take up the offer, sell there're Rights to do so, or do nothing and let it lapse.
SER are entitled to about 3.7m Rights and depending on the market in a few weeks they could maybe sell these for say 3, 5, 10c a Right. Some handy $ to cover morning tea expenses.
It will be interesting how it plays out
