There's a massive crunch in the Enviro department. Very unlucky being a junior waiting approvals etc etc at this period, from my understanding there seems to be a massive drop in experienced personell amongst the department.
Enviro department requesting wrong info, over extending their power etc.
Wouldn't stress about it. Tightly held company with an outstanding management team, this will get there in time.
Too my knowledge, if you were to see an abundance of volume entering below 20c pushing price rapidly, it might be signaling the permit has been approved etc similar to earlier this year etc. Spectators, don't miss out. Sell in May? I think not.
