Any Shell is worth 2mill MHM/VYS is worth 8mill.
EX Co comes along with a graphite/cobalt/tin/diamond/o&g/gold/rare earths etc project worth 8mill (cause its hot at the time).
Any Shell gives Ex Co 80% ownership (2M + 8M = 10M)
MHM/VYS gives Ex Co 50% ownership (8M + 8M = 16M)
Cash is king - but it dilutes incoming ownership to the point it might put them off. Granted thats not everyone but it narrows the businesses to put in. People want to retain ownership
