That will be the best part of $1.5M spent - make a decision - you need to buy something its what directors do - MHM is NOT a shell, it has TOO much cash, most incoming groups will not give that much ownership away. The only viable deal is a buy into a business (or maybe should have become a bitcoin investor back in 2016 .. seems so far away huh).
