I dont believe so because you are investing in an Australian LIC listed on the ASX who chooses to invest in overseas companies. If you invest directly in NCP News Corp, the W8Ben is relevant, but not an LIC on the ASX. Stand to be corrected, but pretty sure I’m correct.
