Does anyone one know what the procedure is with ANZ ShareTrading if one has already purchased a Nasdaq stock and a NYSE stock using their platform, and it settled?
There seem to be no place to send a W-8BEN form with ANZ, and the 2 purchases settled weeks ago and no form has arrived in the postal mail yet. I can print a standard W-8BEN form off the internet but not sure where it has to be sent to
