Hi, wondering if other are having issue with Computershare regarding a W-8BEN form? I followed the link in the email, filled in the details but my holding couldn’t be found and to call them (holding shows when I log into computershare normally). Called them, got disconnected after 10 minutes.. called back and got transferred around for 10 minutes with no help. Can the form just be downloaded elsewhere and sent back rather than do the computershare online form?
